Where are those "flaws" you are talking about?

You're pretty slow. How can you determine a Bounty hunter and a Bad Guy? Just by the AP system? AP system is based on how often you kill people. If Bounty hunters does the killings, their AP will drop and become a Bad Guy. At the same time, if Bad Guys just kills everyone and loots people's valuables, their AP will stay low and stay as Bad Guys.
End Result:
-Everyone will be Bad Guys
-Everyone will be off PK areas
-It'll effect the spar system
-CTF won't work out well
-Towers will die off because everyone will end up in jail
-No one wants to pay gralats to get out of jail
-Everyone will lose their items/and items they stolen
-People who has no valuables will take advantage of the system
-New players will not enjoy any of this when they're in jail
-Bounty Hunters will stay off PK areas to save their valuables
-I will laugh at this failure if this idea was ever put into action
This is Classic, not Era/Zone.
Why make the server worst?
