The 15 years down the road problem can be fixed easily what I am more concerned about is the activation.
1) You need to be online to activate a game since installations are mandatory to play game
2) So this means anyone without internet won't be able to play games?

There is also a fee to play the game on a second account? Does this mean no split screen without paying?

Still many questions to be answered but it sounds like a huge hassle and a way to squeeze customers for more money.
