I'm gonna change this strictly to talk about GraalCon since the other ideas have been basically ignored.

Annual Graal-Con
So every year we could have a fun convention for the players. 10-20 players would be chosen to host small booths displaying fun activities and games, or perhaps be speakers or be interviewed. (Keep in mind this is Virtual, no one has to fly to San Diego or something and sit at a booth yelling "FREE GRALATS!") Each booth could (possibly) have a freebie, which, if needed, could be made by the player hosting the booth. In the end, everyone who attended (whether it's a booth host or a volunteer for freebie making or whatever), might get like a Graal-Con hat or something cool (this is optional). I think this would be really fun for the players and semi-simple to script. (Also, each player would have a booth design they could customize and send in.)
