Same happened to an unreleased item a long while ago called the 'Fish'. I'm serious lol, some admin dropped it or something, and a dude grabbed it. But after like a few months, it was removed from his inventory.

1/2 pounds of perch it was called... Absolutely useless item but it was cool since no one had one ^^
