1. Press on the spaceship icon displayed on the top left corner of your screen
2.Tap the Button that says "feedback"
3. Send your complaints or ideas on how to improve the game there

in regard to the suggestions that she use the in-game 'feedback' option, I believe her goal was to make public discussion on the matter, in hopes that like-minded individuals would comment in favor of her argument in order to add more support. Additionally, the 'feedback' option usually doesn't result in a reply from staff in matters like this. Generally speaking, if it's an inquiry that has already been addressed, it is brushed off, and assumed that the plaintiff will find resources such as these forums to get the answer. In this situation, the inquiry has not only been addressed, but it's also been changed and reverted back because of popular vote.
