It seems kind of like a bad idea to have so many big projects at once. Why don't you guys take it one project at a time instead of having all of these massive ones? It makes more sense to me.

We are only doing one project at a time.
I just have multiple projects that will be worked on. Once one is finished the team will start the next one.
