How would minimizing staff increase the player count?

I laughed at the hiring of that Cally girl. She has absolutely no knowledge of Zone and during my time being on, while on her staff account she was much more interested in recruiting for her squad and getting attention than actually patrolling. I asked her why she wasn't doing her job, she said she didn't have powers. I said that doesn't stop you from patrolling and taking notes of things that need to be dealt with. She said "lmao" then went afk. There really is no thought process in these hirings and I do agree that maybe it was just an "ooo if we hire popular player, maybe her friends will come."

Then again, they do have a manager who is inactive as hell and doesn't seem to give two ****s about the server. Really bad decisions all across the board imo.
