Actually this glitch is accomplished in between spars where you click on the offhand gun and switch weapons, then hold the shoot button down. I think its as the gun hasnt registered the diffrent gun, so it shoots both at the same time usually for a clip.

you don't need the offhand gun for this to happen. Just switch between weapons and open map. done this twice...Still kind of useless though
