Yeah, I like that idea more than the command, "/warp". The command blocks add a more efficient way of warping to a certain town.
Also, when I said warp, I did mean the command block type of warp. I personally don't really like doing the whole "/warp" command over and over. However, the "/warp" command does make it easier to go to a certain town in just a few seconds. But, it's not all too hard to just say "/spawn" or "unstick me" and go to the Warp Hub, where all of the warps are neatly placed and don't have this huge list of places to warp to.

Something that could be added to that Warp Hub is a map of the area so that people know what the town looks like in general.
