I read it. You're right, people shouldn't be criticizing them for that mistake. It wasn't their fault. They tried their hardest and I thought they did pretty good even though some people were ignoring the script. If they make another play, it needs to be something attention grabbing. Maybe if they make one for thanksgiving the audience could be more involved. Let's say they make a giant turkey destroying the town and they have a giant turkey baddy npc come out and then the actors ask the audience "Oh no! We need someone to help us slay this beast! Anyone want to help us?". They then look for people in the audience who want to help fight the turkey and then they get dragged onto stage and they help fight the turkey.
