As long as they avoid trademark names and design infringement there's really no problem lol, it's simply a homage. For example a red plumbers hat with a white circle and "M" would be a no-no, however a red plumbers hat with a white circle and say... a mushroom icon would be fine. There's nothing distinctive about Edward's hair that can be copyrighted, and they call it "Edwin's Wig", therefor simply a homage
