Here's some gameplay footage. I'd recommend watching it in HD. It looks alright, but it seems to have frame rate drops every now and then. You can watch several performance tests on Youtube.

Interesting! Seems as if it will be able to handle most 2.5 D platformers pretty darn well. Also, they redesigned the OS so that it doesn't look like a clone of the xbox dashboard. Looks pretty nice to me!
