A donation is voluntary, this isn't assuming you want access to the server at this point in time, you're trying to escape through a smart-ass technicality, to be honest you can tell yourself whatever you like as it really doesn't affect me but what will you tell someone who tries you for supposedly breaching the rules.
No hard feelings by the way, I have nothing on your or this project, i'm just saying watch yourself, don't get me wrong(like many do....).

Honestly I'm just ignoring you. I don't even own this server. And yes, donation is voluntary and you get a reward of open beta as a gift for donating. Reporting us for doing anything wrong won't do anything, it's totally legal. It's not even some smart-ass technicality its just obvious but your definitely missing it.
