If you don't have a car (or someone with a car who can help you with stuff) how are you going to make anything of your life? Once you get access to a vehicle, you are then able to go out and complete the priorities in your life. If you are 18+ (which is the audience the questions are aiming for), and do not yet own a car, then that should be your top priority. Not playing Graal 100+ hours a week.
