If you're gonna get a laptop, there isn't much point in gaming as they're a pain in the ass to upgrade/not upgradeable at all and i find they break easier (fans tend to get clogged, harder to clean them out, therefore components fry, etc)

also building a gaming pc is easy as hell, all you need is a screwdriver and google (maybe some cable ties if you want to make the wires look neater, easier access to components, aid the air flow) Most of all you can get more bang for your buck or just save yourself some $$$
