It would be cool to craft guns, but thats not going to happen. They want you to buy the weapons so they can make money and what not. Buff is already technically upgrading, but if you mean further more of an upgrade, it would be more of an unfair thing for people who spar and can't "afford" to do a buff towards their weapon.
