Can't say I agree on the some parts of the Mines being vip only. Unless, you make a new mining area in which IS vip only and they still have to pay $100-150 for the material they want. If this is what you meant, than I agree. But to only have an area for vip in a local mine, it seems a bit unfair to us who have non-vip.
