I do hope you're not trying to put it all down to "if you are in an admin guild, you get hired", because a lot more thought than that goes into hiring a staff member. I don't really see the point in complaining, let alone the point of this thread.

Complaining isn't the word rather than an idea or feedback. Besides GP's are hired when player count INCREASES the record of players is 1800 players on at the same time. Opposed to now the playercount is
LUCKY if it reached 1500. It all (in my opinion) boils down to this, More people are uploading bodies and heads then people are actually playing this game.
NOTE:This is all opinion i have the right to state my opinion in a calm manner without later getting flamed for it.
