Or maybe kinda like Insurgency: Source, where the squad isn't the team but the squad is part of the team. Maybe we can make up two factons (Stefano Republicans vs the Conglomerate of Lapse), and on each planet, a maximum of 5 squads can join a team, that's a max of 125 a side!
