Hell no, giving more gang positions will make gangs way to large. Example. Ebizou base has 150 members max. More gang members = larger gangs. Gangs will then all just go into a mass sub divisions and next thing we know boom gangs of 500+
Large gangs also will ruin pking and defending bases. It will ruin pk because there will be a absurd amount of people in one base and remember that they are on the same team. So people will attack in large groups and you stan little to no chance. This will also ruin defending bases by having a lot of people in one base = harder to conquer. Imagine having 20 people in one base. You will litteraly get hours upon hours because no one will attack because they know they would get their ass whooped.

On that topic, we should be able to damage allies aswell, but the bullet/melee will do only maybe 1/3-1/2 the regular damage because i hate it when allies hit the flag and we can't stop them unless they get kicked, we go offtag, or the leader unallies the gang
