Once content is uploaded to a server, it becomes the property of GraalOnline and Stefan can do with it as he wishes. This is not theft, although that hat shouldn't have been edited without Jessie's permission, and it shouldn't have a box at the bottom of the graphic image that claims it was made by Banshee.
