1. thats not within reasonable knowledge, while the possibility of the app being as it was described to me was indeed possible and reasonable,
2.soup kitchens are for the poor, and do not cost you money, while this does cost.
3. staff are paid in gelats, normally only obtainable via real world money transaction, thus they arent really volunteers completely as they are paid, just not with currency, as well as them being referred to as staff, not volunteers.
4.the staff members themselves said more than just one false thing to me, outright lying, most likely with the intent to trick me knowing my reaction and that i wouldnt have proof to even be able to get them in hot water for it.

I guess it really just depends on what they said to you... I don't believe that anyone craftily persuaded you into buying it though. You bought it on your own accord, and claiming "false advertising" is just rather childish.
I still stand by my original post.
