Well duh..? I don't see a problem with this in any way. Obviously if they know you they will trust you more. That still doesn't mean staff guilds are a requirement. Zirik and EvilxHunter both came from guilds that were not under the leadership of a staff member. There are probably more but i don't know all the staff names or were they came from because i don't care about the subject enough. If you would like to take a look at the list and find out what guild each staff member came from, feel free, i can assure you there will be a large majority that didn't come from staff guilds.
