It's true. Staff even admitted that since they know players in their guild more they tend to trust them. It's one of the reasons staff that are involved with hiring should not be allowed to have guilds. That way they have to find who has talent and the skills required, gping does take skills, youve got to be disciplined, fair, caring, good people person, and care about the players.

Think of it this way. Look at all the people who actually help and improve the game, almost all of those people are from pc graal. Only a few players from iPhone have really contributed.

Another problem, staff guild members that get hired have at least one higher standing staff friend, and any other staff from that guild, meaning that these new staff that havent even proved themselves already have all these other staff backing them up.

Staff guilds just seem to now be a status thing. Really, if they want to have a guild that bad they should retire. After all, if what they say is true about them being staff having nothing to do with the guild then they shouldn't be afraid players will leave or that they won't be able to take towers.
