I've seen those aspects of PC Graal suggested for Classic exactly once. Don't put words in others's mouths.

If you actually read the future improvments section, there have been many threads requesting that purpose be given to the bank. and i was only using the bank for an example.

I think the hearts would be a great addition. It would certainly benefit those with low AP thus making them harder to die which is what I thought they wanted in the first place?

No, Dusty said somewhere that low AP will keep your max HP at 3; only higher AP's can actually use the extra hearts. So really heart questing will be pointless for PKers and tower guild members.
