Some tidbits of information, at least from my knowledge of the PC implementation. Not sure if it all applies to iClassic:
> Low AP has negative effects. I don't know the specific numbers but eventually you will not be able to heal anymore. It also locks your max hearts, but that's not applicable on iClassic.
> AP regenerates very slowly, and is dependent on your current AP. Those with low AP will have their AP rising much faster than those with high AP. This actually forces those who think black names are cool looking to actively and constantly PK to maintain their 0 ap. The higher your AP, the longer it will take for your AP to rise. I think going from an ap point of 95 to 100 takes as long as it took to get from 0 to 95. Or 0-90 = 90-100. I honestly can't tell you the specifics.
> You lose AP by killing players, and you gain it by NOT killing players. I think the AP you lose from killing players is dependent on the victims AP. If you have 50 AP and you kill someone with 99 AP you're going to take a BIG loss in AP as opposed to killing someone with 5 AP.
> With a gold nick(100 ap) you are immune to swords, but still vulnerable to arrows and bombs and other projectiles.
> I vaguely remember AP only rising in PK zones, but I may be wrong. Also in days of old you would gain AP at a slightly faster rate in the Church.
It's been a LONG time since I've dealt with AP and I don't have any hard numbers to go by so take this with a grain of salt.
