I really wish that you could have actually really altered the storyline. Treating Clem like crap doesn't really change it, a lot of the time I felt annoyed how when she dies, lee dies, theres no option to let her get killed, no option to actually really save Carly from death, you don't actually have the option to kill those who you want, you simply have to wait until something happens and you get a choice.
I was also pretty ticked that there's no way to not upset the stranger, even if you do everything right, he brings up things you don't really have a choice in doing, and that the athletic spunky girl with the climbing pick never really gets to play a real role, she leaves, you can't take her with you, yet you have Ben, who has been with your group for a long time and you never get a choice to kill until the bell tower, even of you did save him, he just dies later.
It felt like there was no way to really change what happens. No matter what, you end up with clem, dying, turning, because of a bite that was the result of an obvious trap that you couldn't even get past if you saw it, because of a bite that still some how kills you even if you cut off your arm.
Your friends either die or disappear no matter what you do. Even if you try to kill this twerp from day one, you cannot complete the game without getting this one same ending.
I just felt like parts were not connected, loose ends just disappeared, cliche things happened, your choices do nothing but change who you have with you for certain periods of time and how the dialogue goes. The main story still goes the same way...
