I remember when I use to play avidly, emailing support didn't do jack ****.
I never got a response, I only emailed once for each issue. Neatly typed and polite.
I'm sure my email is still in their spambox.
If you want something done you need connections to an admin personally.
I really hope you guys can rebuild your reputation for actually having reliable support instead of just flagging everything as spam or simply ignoring it. Yes I'm sure you guys get tons of email but it should still be someone's job to assist someone in need of help.
