Why does it matter what guild they come from? They're mostly looking for active, responsible players, and guilds have nothing to do with that. Also, uploading and GPing takes no skill or qualification, so point disproven.

matters everything where they come from. some of them just sucked up for a job and dont do anything because they only want attention. and thats not disproving my point, because i never made a point on that subject. you just dissed your unqualified friends.
