it would be nice to see admins appear that actually have skill and experience at whatever the job is, instead of having suckups hand picked out of an admin guild like zanza, cruxis, or magic.

They don't hire people based on the guild, i truly hope you know that.
Also, in what way do you think the current gp's or staff don't have skill or experience? I fail to see what you think they're doing that is so wrong..?
