While these ideas sounds like they'd stimulate gameplay, I don't see them being very functional on iEra.
Not only would this be lame, people would have very little incentive to purchase a faster gun if a medium-speed gun could acquire this ability, even if it were for a couple of seconds.
While firing is exactly when people's walk speed should be impeded.
We wouldn't want to encourage spamming more than it already is.
Even for three shots, this would still be overpowered.
A BAR at double damage would deal 20 damage.
A PBP would deal 32 at point-blank range.
I agree, if any PKing perks were implimented, they should be by kill streak.

A couple things here.
1) a move while shooting boost should be implemented for the original 5 guns (starters, handguns, shotgun, uzi, ak), since they are so underpowered i could beat them with a taurus (which needs a slight freeze nerf btw).
2) Also, the perks things has been implemented with killstreaks. Sky blue increases healing effect, blue-violet increases movement speed, and the others, i know there are ones but i forgot what they were. Snk or another dev should know the effects.
