While these ideas sound like they'd stimulate gameplay, I don't see them being very functional on iEra.
Giving perks to good PKers gives them a further edge is insult to injury to those who can't PK.
Good PKers don't want an edge. They enjoy winning. Winning is the reward.

Not only would this be lame, people would have very little incentive to purchase a faster gun if a medium-speed gun could acquire this ability, even if it were for a couple of seconds.
Slight of hand, increasing movement speed while firing.

While firing is exactly when people's walk speed should be impeded.
We wouldn't want to encourage spamming more than it already is.
Armour piecing rounds, double damage for 3 shots.

Even for three shots, this would still be overpowered.
A BAR at double damage would deal 20 damage.
A PBP would deal 32 at point-blank range.
I also believe all perks should be earned by ether streak, kill count or graalats.

I agree, if any PKing perks were implimented, they should be by kill streak.
