okay take sk for an example or ebizou doesnt matter. They both use the temp and perm thing. A leader gets on and oh my gang has been basing for 59 minutes all i have to do i base for 1 minut boom cash in one minute

Doesn't even have to be the leader. Could be any gang member with an alarm set. I'd be willing to bet the ones who were basing for 59 minutes wouldn't be too happy with the gang members coming in for just that last minute to get paid.
