Well, maybe he wouldn't be faced with that scenario if he replied the first time round.
C'mon, he's the manager. If you can't message him expecting atleast a reply back then you can't really do anything can you now.

Here's what you do:
1) Go to a restaurant with ten 12 year old kids (or younger)
2) Have everyone sit at different tables.
3) Order a meal that you do not like. Tell the others to do the same.
4) Ask to see the manager! Tell the others to do the same.
5) Complain about how the food is bad, even though you saw the description on the menu.
Now, expect someone who gets spammed useless information to be able to pay attention to a normal guest who has a valid complaint. It's not his fault, it's the fault of people who waste his time.
