Sword Art Online. I've never passed the first episode in any other anime because I get bored with the storylines . But with SAO, it's the first Anime I've actually watched past the first ep and I kinda really like it a lot. Reminds me a bit of Graal, with the MMO concept xP.

EDIT: If you know any really good anime that hasn't been listed in this thread, please recommend them to me xD. I kinda wanna watch another series. No school themed ones though >.<.
