Pretty good idea. There are always people looking to join a guild. Although it could be abused with papers saying "Looking for sl***y chicks and dirty men." The guild could also have a category for their application being towers, spar, socializing, or other.

If this were to be put into place I'm pretty sure it would be moderated/filtered.
