iOS 4.1 FTW! My device is (or was, since it's dead) was jailbroken.
Aaanyway, I suggest putting off the update next time until you know it's not gonna affect the speed. Updates are supposed to be good things, too.
OT: does anyone know if there's new features on their device that comes with iOS 6?

Like I said, I did wait a few days and I didn't hear any negative reviews on the software update.
And there are new features, what they are, I can't list. Google it or something.
