Unbiasedly, I agree. Saber isn't unique anymore. Sabers are iconic for it's reflecting shots and removing that feature is wrong. And getting damage using it is fine, but only if it's a rare occurrence. 10% chance sounds good to me. The saber is like the bar of EC, don't make it suck.

It already was nerfed 5 times I thought nothing more can be done to it, but no.
