Yeah, there is. You do a kick flip or whatever on skateboards when you shake the device.
Btw this would be awesome. How's about an aerobics exercise that drastically decreases melee freeze? That way by doing all the exercises you can be a melee beast! You would need to do it for 35 minutes for it to buff you for a week.
And why not add stages of exercise? By lifting barbels you get a 2 point melee damage buff. Doing push-ups gives a larger boost of 5 more points. And finally, doing the bench press adds knockback equivalent to the crab daggers. Doing a jog around a track gives a speed multiplier of 1.5, doing a sprint around it gives a buff of 2x speed. And the treadmill gives a 1.25 speed buff.
Using stages of exercise would require one thing- experience. You can't jog if you haven't used the treadmill enough, and you can't do bench press if you haven't done enough push-ups.
