You don't get it.
They don't have their Terms of Use stated, thereby players don't have a rule book to be guided by. They would be able to legally exploit that if they are a new player and randomly glitched then got jailed for it. They were told no where that they were unallowed to preform this action, thus they could sue GraalOnline for it.

lol i get it, i dont think you are understanding I was being sarcastic. i was comparing it to real life, no one in real life is gonna sue graalOnline because they got jailed in a game because the terms and conditions weren't there. (half the players cant even read at a high school level)
I understand you are talking about whats legal and illegal in graal itself.
