I have about 9500 wins right now and never received the 6000 win hat. My friend Kuya Gabe has 20000 wins and never received the 6000, 10000, or 20000 win hats. Obviously, if there is some sort of prize for this like there is towers, a new system should be developed. If not, the game leans towards tower takers. Which I find to be boring anyway. Do I need to be bored to win a prize?

Ive seen Gabe the 6k hat, he's on the 10k wins sign, why wouldn't he have it?
Unless he pissed off Matt and he took it back.
