I don't think it can.

He has;

a. Embarrassed himself infront the forum by posting crap that starts flame wars.
b. Posted edits of hats and was expecting to get hired as gfx.
c. Made serveral threads about himself that he knows will get people mad.
d. Winning events to the point no other people can win.
