You get a bugs net from someone in MoD Town (you can find it yourself ), and wander around catching bugs. Each bug varies in value and rarity, and are found in certain areas. You can release bugs in your house, hoard them (as I do), or sell them to the witch in Swamptown. Everyday, there is a certain bug she will need, and you can sell it to here for extra Gralats.
