Not really. The uploading system is separate over there so it could be possible that you'll get a different uploader who approves a head that was rejected on main server.

For example we had a head that resembled a real life disabled person on one server. Uploader approved it because he/she didn't know who it was. The second time around it was rejected and removed from the other server because the second uploader knew who it was and took proper action.
