Well i don't buy gralats packs with my vip acc i buy them on my ipad acc and transfer them 
But i when they delet my money than i spam xor the e-mails from apple that i bought gralat packs  |
Shouldn't spam email, or feedback and reports either, in fact. Lessens the chance of staff actually taking your word seriously, and makes it take longer to go through the emails, so others have to wait even longer for a response!
