Usually you should get them E-Mailed by iTunes. Otherwise you can get the staff (Xor, Stefan as example) to contact iTunes if itīs true. As long as that would be the reason you have been banned for.

i only had 40k gralats, and i bought them with mobile money via internet and facebook graal. i have no idea what to do, i already sent two emails
