I agree so much with you, but I wanna add a few things to this list:

31: People who think they are popular
32: People who say they want to become an admin, and even put it in their status, make a website, and/or make a YouTube account (Ex: cmx2us)
33: When someone is scammed a rare item, so they decide to quit Graal
34: When players pretend to be staff members just to be popular
35: How some players think "Developer" is just a staff tag

37: In the AFK area at the bottom of start park, when people go AFK there, thinking its the coolest thing ever
38: Noobs who go AFK all the time on Graal, and play like 20 minutes a day, the rest they go AFK and have 6000 hours (Ex: Diceimosh)
39: Players who say "No I am a (mormon, christian, muslim, etc.) so that means im not allowed to scam
40: Players who say they are good at making levels, graphics, ganis, etc. but then when you ask to see some of their work, either it sucks, or they refuse to show you it
