or you can learn for free by yourself, Callimuc and Emera (snk,Dan,MD...) have thought me, go spam them <3
on-topic: @Billy it's true, the M16 looks more like an MP40. I'd say the one we have on iEra is more realistic. Besides it's not as good (Speed and Damage) as it is on PC.
