yes they did. it was the area with the Aeria bank, the bank that JamesJaames glitched into and told everyone that you can withdraw money from it or something.

Not the same as the desert and the otherworlders encampment, which i thought they were talking about.
The aeria with the bank was kind of pointless which was why it was replaced with the desert.
