They all go like this: a guy loves a woman and vice versa. One of them cheats on the partner. The partner who's been cheated on goes in a depressed stage and gets hit by something (car, train, bus, etc.) Everyone is sad because the cheated is in the hospital in a coma and the cheater gets back with the cheated when the cheated wakes up. Now drag one of these things on for 30 episodes with filler and you get an Asian soap opera.
